Ai Ling Tan
Director, International Recruitment

Ai Ling has 10 years’ experience in domestic and international recruitment, with key competencies in end-to-end recruitment, strategic recruitment planning and execution. Ai Ling has specialised in managing large recruitment projects, maintaining strong relationships with international nurses and strategically building and maintaining a large candidate pool for sustainable workforce planning.

Justine Wells
Director, Rapid Response 

Justine is a clinician, with 15 years of acute manager and director experience.  During her career, she has managed hospital projects such as the creation of an organisational covid vaccination clinic, and an emergency department quality improvement project. Justine has extensive knowledge of nursing recruitment, education, and the management of nurse managers, clinicians and carers.

Rubleen Sandhu
Director, Corporate Services

Rubleen is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and her qualifications include a Master of Commerce in Applied Finance and Professional Accounting from The University of Queensland. She has worked in commercial accounting and business advisory in agriculture and allied industries in India. In Australia, she has worked in accounting across several industries and has a keen interest in management accounting and process improvement.

Jason Beddow
Chief Financial Officer 

Jason has extensive experience in healthcare, including recent CFO positions for ASX listed company National Veterinary Care Ltd and Terry White Chemart, as well as audit and advisory roles with big four accounting firm Deloitte. He brings to HealthX a history of building high performing finance teams and has a broad commercial skillset with a focus on high growth ventures.

Andrew McAuliffe
Chief Operating Officer

Andrew has broad experience in quality improvement and corporate and clinical governance roles and has managed local, regional and state-wide health services in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Andrew has extensive networks in the health, education and political environments, specialising in health service design and evaluation, and business system improvement.

Simon Small
Chief Supply Officer

Simon has held a number of executive positions, including Executive Chairman and CEO of Food Industry People Group, a workforce solutions provider and former sister company of HealthX.  As a strategic planner, Simon is known for creating first mover advantage by identifying market opportunities and building high performing implementation teams. Simon is a former Australian Army Officer, including service with the Special Operations Command.
