HealthX nursing programs

Long term nursing solutions – acute and aged care nurses

The HealthX Pathway to PR (P2PR) and two year secondment nursing programs are designed to allow you to build sustainable local nursing capacity and roster stability.

The programs allow nurses to transfer directly to your facility from 12 months.

The benefits of HealthX nursing programs:

  • Sustainability:Full time contract – Fast entry on TSS 482, with transfer to client direct employment on ENS 186 visa at 12 months*
  • Efficiency: Reduced administration, and costs associated with sourcing, employment, migration and sponsorship of nursing staff
  • Cost saving: No upfront investment. Approximately $100,000 direct cost savings on agency spend and associate travel and accommodation costs over a 1 year contract period (when compared to agency fees over the same period) 
  • Access to senior registered nurses: Experienced nurses with potential to develop junior team members
  • Longevity: Nurses may transfer directly to your facility after 12 months – 90% retention rate of nurses in areas of most significant demand
  • Fully managed employment program: Nurses are sourced, sponsored and relocated by HealthX.  HealthX is solely responsible for paying all applicable wages, superannuation, payroll and PAYG tax, and all other benefits and entitlements usually afforded to registered nurses for the first 12 months and up to time of transfer to client direct employment.  HealthX manages all migration and TSS 482 and ENS 186 visas. 
  • HealthX wellbeing program: Relocation assistance and on-going welfare support throughout 12 month secondment period.

Within our pool of nursing staff, we have highly experienced and reliable employees ready to fill contracts ranging from a few weeks through to several months, depending on your requirements.
