Her seasoned approach to business management involves a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions. With her comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, Rhiannon excels in managing diverse teams across all levels, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment throughout the organisation.
Jason has extensive experience in healthcare, including as CFO of ASX listed company National Veterinary Care Ltd and Group Financial Controller at Terry White Chemmart, as well as audit and advisory roles with big four accounting firm Deloitte. He brings to HealthX a history of building high performing finance teams and has a broad commercial skillset with a focus on high growth ventures.
Andrew has broad experience in quality improvement and corporate and clinical governance roles and has managed local, regional and state-wide health services in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Andrew has extensive networks in the health, education and political environments, specialising in health service design and evaluation, and business system improvement.
Ai Ling has over 10 years’ experience in domestic and international recruitment, with key competencies in end-to-end recruitment, strategic recruitment planning and execution. Ai Ling has specialised in managing large recruitment projects, maintaining strong relationships with international nurses and strategically building and maintaining a large candidate pool for sustainable workforce planning.
Rebecca brings over 10 years aged care experience in operations management and project management and has held multiple Board Director roles in the community services industry. Rebecca has extensive networks in the community and health sectors, specialising in strategic partnerships, workforce planning and education with a proven track record of driving revenue and growth.
