James Scott
Chief Executive Officer

James brings over two decades of international experience in the healthcare staffing industry to his role as CEO of HealthX. With a keen focus on personable leadership, James is ultimately responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, compliance, and financial performance of the business. At the heart of his leadership philosophy is the belief that commercial success lies in the alignment and empowerment of our people.

Rhiannon Bennett
Chief Operating Officer

A Chartered Accountant, Rhiannon has extensive expertise in finance and operations. Her seasoned approach to business management involves a keen ability to navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions. With her comprehensive understanding of business dynamics, Rhiannon excels in managing diverse teams across all levels, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment throughout the organisation.

Jason Beddow
Chief Financial Officer

Jason has extensive experience in healthcare, including as CFO of ASX listed company National Veterinary Care Ltd and Group Financial Controller at Terry White Chemmart, as well as audit and advisory roles with big four accounting firm Deloitte. He brings to HealthX a history of building high performing finance teams and has a broad commercial skillset with a focus on high growth ventures.

Andrew McAuliffe
Director, Governance and Risk

Andrew has broad experience in quality improvement and corporate and clinical governance roles and has managed local, regional and state-wide health services in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Andrew has extensive networks in the health, education and political environments, specialising in health service design and evaluation, and business system improvement.

Ai Ling Tan
Director, International Recruitment

Ai Ling has over 10 years’ experience in domestic and international recruitment, with key competencies in end-to-end recruitment, strategic recruitment planning and execution. Ai Ling has specialised in managing large recruitment projects, maintaining strong relationships with international nurses and strategically building and maintaining a large candidate pool for sustainable workforce planning.

Liz Miller
Director, Rapid Response

Experienced Client Services and Stakeholder Engagement professional with a background in Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Assistance Programs and not-for-profit Healthcare Education and Recruitment industries. Skilled in Client Management, Programme Management, holding a Bachelor of Arts (BA) majoring in Psychology with a minor in Cultural Anthropology from Massey University, Liz is passionate about mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
