Our Mission
Through our innovative recruitment and training strategies, we connect exceptional healthcare people with rewarding opportunities that bridge critical staffing shortages in under-serviced communities.

Our Mission
To transform healthcare staffing by providing sustainable, life-changing solutions to the communities we serve.
Who We
Support
HealthX partners with over 650 healthcare facilities across the country, providing registered nurses, GPs, midwives, carers and allied health professionals for both short-term relief and long-term placements.
Specialising in staffing two key sectors
Aged Care
We tackle critical staffing shortages in regional and remote aged care facilities by sourcing from strong international clinical relationships. Our teams of skilled nurses and carers bring their expertise and compassion to ensure underserved communities across Australia receive the support they deserve.
Acute Care
We bridge the staffing gap in the acute sector by strategically sourcing, inbounding and deploying highly skilled and experienced international nurses, midwives, general practitioners and allied health professionals into Australian hospitals and clinics facing shortages in critical subspecialties.
Services We Offer
Our integrated service model ensures a seamless experience for both clinicians and clients.
Long-term and
short-term workforce solutions
Migration, relocation and welfare support
Permanent residency and sponsorship pathways
Clinical training via our registered training organisation, AMC Training & Consulting
Building Capacity Through Training
In 2023, HealthX acquired AMC Training & Consulting, a registered training organisation delivering Certificate III and IV qualifications in individual support, ageing and disability.
This acquisition allows us to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified workers, and offer tailored upskilling for our clients' existing staff.
